Right of withdrawal for consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Since we have to individually inspect and clean each product before it can be resold, this incurs significant costs for us. Therefore, we ask you to initiate a return only if it is really necessary.

  • The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped. We cannot accept parcels sent postage due.

  • The costs of return shipping (approx. 6–15 € depending on the country) are borne by the customer.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

- on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marius Ochsenfarth, Salierstraße 22, 33102 Paderborn, email address: support@glimora.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must return the product to us within the 14-day period. The product must be sent at your own expense to the address (Marius Ochsenfarth, Salierstraße 22, 33102 Paderborn) must be sent back after the Withdrawal instruction has been received.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.


We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract, The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 days period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please note that in the case of damaged packaging or goods upon return, a depreciation of 10-20 euros may be applied. This depreciation serves to cover the costs of repair, resale, or other related expenses. If the product is so worn that we cannot reuse it, we will not refund the amount.


You only have to bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Voluntary Glimora 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee

Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we voluntarily grant you an additional return option up to a total of 30 days from receipt of goods.

Conditions of this voluntary warranty:

  • Only applies to unused and undamaged goods in original packaging. Or exchange of the goods.

  • Refund is made in the form of a voucher or exchange (no cash payment).

  • You bear the return shipping costs.

  • The return must be made in advance by e-mail to support@glimora.de must be registered and documented with photos.

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected and continues to apply unrestricted for 14 days.



Exclusion or Termination Reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts


- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
