If your curls don’t hold, try the following:

  1. Slightly dampen hair – Use our heat protection spray or some water.
  2. Hold the hair styler correctly – Hold it sideways, not straight.
  3. Set the curls
  4. Let the curls cool down – Let the hair cool in the desired shape so the curls last longer.

Yes, our Glimora is suitable for all hair types, including thin, thick, curly, wavy, and straight hair. Adjust the temperature according to your hair type to achieve optimal results.

Yes, our Glimora is equipped with advanced technology to evenly distribute the right temperature to the respective attachments. This ensures that your hair remains healthy and radiant without damaging it.

The Glimora heats up within 2 seconds, so you can quickly start styling your hair.

Yes. To achieve optimal results, start with freshly washed hair. All our brushes can be used on wet hair. However, the curling attachments are best suited for towel-dried hair. Do you want to curl your hair while it is already dry? Then moisten the hair beforehand with a heat protection spray.

Shipping

A: The shipping time may vary depending on the destination and other factors. Usually, we ship your order within 1-3 business days after payment is received. However, please note that due to holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur, resulting in a longer shipping time of up to 1-2 weeks. Nevertheless, we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and deliver your products promptly.

A: Shipping to Germany is basically completely free for you! (Switzerland & Austria are chargeable)

A: This case is extremely rare and should not occur. Nevertheless, the correct delivery is not in our hands. If it happens that nothing has arrived after the delivery time has expired, we will support you in every way and do everything to find your order. If all else fails, you will get your money back!

Payment

A: We offer all common payment methods. This means you can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, and many other credit card providers. We also offer SOFORT bank transfer.

Returns

A: Of course we do! But please note that all items must be in new and undamaged condition.

A: You have 14 days from the day you receive the package to return the ordered items.
